We migrated from PeopleSoft to Workday in June of 2022 and couldn't be happier with it!  It runs our Applicant Tracking, Recruiting, Hiring, Onboarding, Performance Management, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Training. It is an international system and has a lot of pre-defined integrations. i would be surprised if Oracle wasn't one of them.

You're welcome to call me if you'd like to discuss!

Ivins City uses BambooHR. I'm not sure about the Oracle segment. Ivins City has about 100 employees total. We use them for hiring, onboarding and employee recordkeeping. They have many more options to subscribe to like benefits, payroll and performance management.  BHR is a monthly bill/employee headcount, no contract. While it's not tailored to government (think NeoGov), it's very user friendly.

Does anyone have a current HRIS system that they would recommend?   And if so, do you know if it integrates with Oracle? Thanks!
