We use a company called Niche Academy; they are based here in Utah. We like the platform because we can record our own videos and upload them to the platform and each department can have their own trainings.

We don't use an outside presenter, but if you are able to to do it in-house I would highly recommend using Kahoot. That way you can make it a  fun competition to get the right answers (think questions and answers to scenarios to identify the type of harassment or discrimination) and win gift cards for each training session. We are just finishing up our training city-wide and have had great feedback from employees about the training and it was a lot more fun for us as presenters as well.

Do you have a program or speaker that you default to for annual Harassment/Discrimination training?  We have used Johnny Miller (UCIP), LocalGovU, and KnowBe4 for training in the past and we're looking to shake it up!  Any new resources you have would be helpful and welcome!
