Do any of you have a policy that relates to pay for special projects/assignments?  We have deputies that sign up for parades, alcohol shifts, and our tourism office is paid a commission off of the gift shop sales.  It's one of those things that have been done for so long, but there is not a policy to support the practice.  

If anyone pays additional pay for these types of projects/assginments, I would love to see your policy.
