Join us on August 9, 2023 in Springville City for our next chapter meeting and Annual Compensation half day conference. We will be meeting from 9:00 am - 2:00pm at Springville Civic Center in the City Council Chambers.

9:00 AM: Welcome and Introductions

9:15-10:15: "National Landscape and Trends" by Katherine Barrett and Richard Greene, principals of Barrett and Greene, Inc. , and experienced journalists in public sector compensation. 45 min presentation and 15 min Q/A/ You are welcome to pre-submit questions for Katherine and Richard to David Kitchen, dkitchen@lehi-ut.gov. 

10:30-11:30: "Are Wages in Utah Keeping Up with Inflation?", James Wood, Ivory-Boyer Senior Fellow at the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute

12:30: TechNet Updates and Benchmark Discussions

1:00-2:00  Roundtable Discussion of Topics by Request.
