Is anybody doing Rap Back background checks? Our Risk Insurance provider is recommending we do background checks on current employees every 5 years. We do checks on new hires/volunteers, and rehires after 1 year, but once employees are hired, we aren't as active checking their records. 

What do you do in your agencies?
