Hello friends, 

I am looking to provide some support for job candidates who have criminal backgrounds. Unfortunately, we cannot hire many individuals who haven't completed their plea in abeyance or are still on court probation. Instead of just saying , "sorry no can do. Good luck.", I'd like to provide resources on other opportunties. I recall DWS has an intiative, but I can't find my notes. Do you share any resources or have any information?
