FMLA leave is coded in our HRIS system (Munis) then we pull the leaves through cubes.  Not a perfect system but we are getting there.

I just use a spreadsheet. Someday I will have a fancy system to help me track it. haha

We use our timekeeping system UKG to track FML. We purchased an add-on to manage all leave cases. It is fairly easy to use, but experiences the same challenges as all systems I've worked with on intermittent leaves.

We use JJ Keller. It has a lot of features we don't use.  It doesn't integrate with any HRIS systems, but it has been really good for tracking.  It's easy to pull reports of employee time usage.  Good luck!

What do you use for FMLA tracking? Does anyone have any great ways they recommend?
