We also use Caselle and APplicant Pro and are in the middle of this too. From what I've gathered, you need the MyExcel add on in Caselle first. Then it sounds like it could import some very basic info from Applicant Pro, but it wouldn't even be all the employee profile info. I would love for a more automated solution too. Interested if anyone finds anything!

We have tried to do this in the past and it doesn't quite work, so we are hand entering into Caselle for now.  If you figure it out, I'd love to know!

    Hey David,

I don't have either but my plan is to use an Application Programming Interface (API).  It will need to be built by Munis, our HRIS system which is similar to Casselle, to make the import automated. There is no way I would want to have duplicate entries for both databases.  Maybe ask Caselle if they can build an API?

We haven't decided to do this because it seemed like an extra cost for not much benefit. So sorry I'm not any help, but if there is a greater benefit to doing it that I'm not aware about, I would love to hear about it!

Does anybody else out there import applicants or new hires from ApplicantPro to Caselle? I am struggling to get it set up. I would love to learn how you are doing it.

    Thanks!

    David
