We use Blueline Services for our administration.  For new hires we only test safety-sensitive and CDL drivers.  We have an occupational clinic that handles the collection for us.  For our random tests, Blueline sends a tech to our facility.  They run our reports and filings on the DOT site which is a plus.  They also monitor our testing percentages for DOT.  For safety-sensitive randoms, it varies and is honestly often based on where we are running in the budget with new hire and DOT random testing.  Also check on the Utah law for drug testing of public employees.  Be sure to look up the Utah Code for drug testing of government employees.  The code requires that testing of government employees be split sample urine testing.  Title 34, Chapter 41.  Here's a link to the state's authorized testing method.   https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title34/Chapter41/34-41-S103.html

We use WorkMed for our drug testing. 

We currently send people to our local hospital for pre-employment drug testing, but they are outsourcing to an outside vendor. What vendor do you use? Or do you use the same hospital process.
