I used the Employers Council to look over this for me a few years ago.
Do you have a broker like GBS or another company that you use for your insurance? They might be able to do it for you. Not sure what the cost would be.
Or do you have an in-house attorney that could look it over?
We are currently re-writing our personnel policy and the City Council is interested in having an HR Professional review it for "holes". Does anyone have someone they would recommend and/or know roughly how much that would cost?
