I have heard that other cities have a form that they have all contract employees or anyone who gets a W9, you have them fill out a form or questionnaire asking about if they are post retired? Are you willing to share your form with me? Please email it to me at sgreer@sryacuseut.gov

If they are post-retired, do you still let them do the work?
