Please join us for our upcoming Professional Development Lunch on Wednesday, March 27, 2019. Performance evaluation systems are a challenging component of managing a workforce. How effectively do these systems work in helping your employees improve their job performance  Are there ways to improve and get employees to appreciate the feedback contained in performance evaluations? Come learn, share, and explore  what you can do to better understand your public sector organization's needs when using performance evaluations.
